The Brief
As Wolters Kluwer’s content library expands, so does the challenges to showcase it all in a single location. By building one content browser to rule them all, we created a:
Tool to accelerate the sales process by easing the content review process
Self-service location for clients to leverage evidence-based content for marketing and communications
Portal for patients to engage with evidence-based medical content
Define Requirements
Due to a variety of user groups and user scenarios, our team meets with stakeholders from multiple business units across the organization to accurately capture an ongoing list of business requirements. We work with Product and Engineering to identify patterns, areas for consolidation, and sketch out rough ideas for potential solutions. Once we collectively develop a general direction, we define user requirements and prioritize them into different development phases.

What is this 2009? Of course, it’s responsive! Using patient analytics to confirm the majority of our users are on small screens, I’ve shifted all applications my team works on to a mobile first design strategy.
